We're thrilled to stay innovative and we like to experiment with different hops and yeasts. This time we worked with Voss Kveik, a Norwegian yeast with fruity citrusy flavours. In addition, we have used cryo-hopping for this beer. As a result, Cryosaurus has a striking amount of aromas. The beer contains three different hops: Talus, Citra and Sabro. Cheers!
