Our good friends from Amundsen came all the way from Norway to brew a collaboration with us. We share the same passion and love for New England DIPA’s, so the choice was quite easy. Modern Times is packed with your classic fruity hops, namely Citra and Mosaic. To spice it up, we added some Chinook and Columbus to both the whirlpool and in the dryhop, giving it a more danky and resine-y approach. The malt base is fairly simple, mainly there to create a fluffy mouthfeel in which the hops really shine through.
